Solve Problems: Positioning Self Soft Skills Coaching

$25.00

Monday, September 22 | 12 PM to 1 PM Eastern Time

REGISTER BY FRIDAY, SEPT 19

A 60-minute online coaching session for interns, new hires, and early career professionals to digest and apply soft skill strategies to daily work responsibilities, professional interactions, and workplace environments.

This is an interactive group coaching session. Listen to the module lesson before the coaching session.

We’ll discuss practical ways to identify challenges, analyze data, and overcome obstacles.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Look out for yourself and your team by calling out any challenges, conflicts, and delays that you’re aware of.

  • Be curious and ask questions about areas that can be improved - areas where the team spends too much time, takes up too much space, or produces mixed results.

  • Regularly question your work, even when you believe it’s complete and accurate.

  • Apply a 5-part outline to capture and build a record of your professional expertise, experience, and network to leverage as you pursue future career opportunities.

Register to join LIVE or receive the replay. The coaching session will be hosted via Zoom.

“The program feels like I’m conducting a performance evaluation on myself. It helps me recognize both my strengths and areas for improvement in a non-intimidating way.”

College Intern Participant

Session Date: Monday, September 22 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)

The module lesson and a link to the online group coaching session are sent to registered participants on the morning of the session date.
