A 60-minute online coaching session for interns, new hires, and early career professionals to digest and apply soft skill strategies to daily work responsibilities, professional interactions, and workplace environments.

This is an interactive group coaching session. Listen to the module lesson before the coaching session.

We’ll discuss practical ways to build and expand their professional network.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Seek opportunities to say hello, learn about colleagues’ roles and interestes, and share a bit about yourself.

  • Maintain a continuous cycle of engagement within your professional network.

  • Share your genuine excitement about specific tasks, projects, and learning opportunties within your work.

  • Apply a 5-part outline to capture and build a record of your professional expertise, experience, and network to leverage as you pursue future career opportunities.
