A 60-minute online coaching session for interns, new hires, and early career professionals to digest and apply soft skill strategies to daily work responsibilities, professional interactions, and workplace environments.

This is an interactive group coaching session. Listen to the module lesson before the coaching session.

We’ll discuss practical ways to navigate new environments, diverse teams, and expectations.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Leverage the interworking of their professional environment and team interactions to ask the right questions and approach their work in an effective way.

  • Break down projects into small, achievable tasks.

  • Get clear on the tasks you have a good handle on and the tasks you need support to complete.

  • Apply a 5-part outline to capture and build a record of your professional expertise, experience, and network to leverage as you pursue future career opportunities.
