Positioning Self: Soft Skills for Interns is a coaching program that directly addresses common interpersonal challenges companies face when nurturing future and fresh talent.

Soft Skills for Interns meets teams where and while they work to:

  • Empower interns with interpersonal strategies so they can confidently demonstrate their value, build strong relationships, and navigate professional environments.

  • Equip supervisors with support strategies so they can build and strengthen their talent pipeline.

PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY

The program is for organizations interested in incorporating real-time interpersonal skills training and coaching into their existing internship programs.

  • Organization hosting one or more interns with assigned support supervisor

  • Internship period is six (6) or more consecutive weeks

  • Internship or new hire assignments include defined roles and responsibilities

PROGRAM COMMITMENT

The program leverages the relationship between interns and their supervisors to advance the interns’ professional growth and internship success for the organization.

  • Joint participation by interns and supervisors

  • Participants complete 6, 8, 10, or 12 program modules based on the organization’s internship period.

PROGRAM PRICING

  • REQUIRED PARTICIPANTS: $300 for (1) supervisor participant and (1) intern participant

  • ADDITIONAL PARTICIPANTS: $150 per each additional participant (additional intern or supervisor)
