When our everyday changes, we should ride the wave from one dream to the next (e.g. resign from one job to accept the next opportunity) and from a safe dream into a deeper one that uncovers what we always knew existed (e.g. your natural talent that others notice and want more of).⁠

  • Don’t leave without saying goodbye. Craft your farewell speech to those who coworkers, colleagues, and clients.

  • Show your excitement. Send a card to your new work team, letting them know how excited you are to work with them.

  • Stay in touch. Connect with everyone via LinkedIn and share your new contact information.
