IS YOUR WORKFORCE READY?
Training empowers students and other entry-level staff to hit the ground running in their work. Safety, teamwork, accountability, and performance standards are communicated with staff to ensure they have what's needed to do the job right and to do it well. However, once the job starts, there's little time to teach professionalism.
Track Record helps transform
working students into working professionals, preparing them to enter the workforce
as career-minded individuals.
WORK EXPERIENCE
As students gain on-the-job work experience, they learn how to strategically take stock of notable skills, contribution, and accomplishments. This collection of work serves as their track record--past achievements that show future employers what their capable of bringing to their organization.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
In addition, Track Record touches on spoken and unspoken characteristics of the work environment and provides best practice strategies that align to various personalities, interests, and communication styles of the participants.
Track Record is a professional development program for companies and organizations that offer an internship, co-op, or work study program to high school and/or college students.
The program provides weekly insights and hit-the-ground-running strategies in the areas goal-setting, communication, time management, performance measurement, networking, and more.
Track Record runs for the duration of your student work program. Whether student assignments are 6, 8, or 12 weeks long, Track Record provides practical, actionable advice and best practices that students can apply to their on-the-job responsibilities and work relationships each working week.
