Soft Skills for Early Career Professionals

Early career professionals are expected to produce results yet need guidance. Supervisors care yet have no time to coach or mentor developing talent.

Positioning Self: Soft Skills is a coaching program that directly addresses common interpersonal challenges faced when nurturing future and fresh talent. The program meets individuals where and while they work to:

  • Empower early career professionals with interpersonal strategies so they can confidently demonstrate their value, build strong relationships, and navigate professional environments.

  • Equip supervisors with support strategies so they can build and strengthen their talent pipeline.
