Positioning Self:
Role & Responsibility
Maximize your return from investing in your talent pipeline.
Interns are expected to produce results yet need guidance.
Supervisors care yet have no time to coach or mentor developing talent.
Positioning Self is a soft skills coaching program that directly addresses common interpersonal challenges companies face when nurturing future and fresh talent.
Positioning Self meets teams where and while they work to:
Empower interns with interpersonal strategies so they can confidently demonstrate their value, build strong relationships, and navigate professional environments.
Equip supervisors with support strategies so they can build and strengthen their talent pipeline.
