Invest in confidence.

I believe that confidence comes from committing to the truth about yourself. You appreciate who you are and what you do well (or do like no one else).

Confidence doesn't come from others, however, you can find ways to identify it through what others see in you.

  • Accept compliments with no apologies or explanations.

  • Embrace people's admiration for what you do well.

  • Regularly keep track of your work accomplishments and achievements.

  • Don’t be surprised when others ask for your expert opinion.

And confidence doesn’t come from material things, but you can find it by being comfortable in your own space.

  • Identify what looks best on you and stick to it.

  • Incorporate functional accessories (e.g. bag, notebook, etc.) that express the real you.

  • Make the space around you welcoming to others.

The more comfortable you are, the better your interactions are with others. Accept the value you bring and arrange your personal space in ways that reflect your true self.
