As the start date for Positioning Self: R&R approaches, let’s ensure you're well-prepared to actively—I mean ACTIVELY—participate.

Experience your opportunity. Your time is valuable. Approach the next 12 weeks of your career journey with an open mind to insights meant for you.

Be on time for yourself. Each week, you’ll have 7 days to complete 4 Lesson Reflections. Make the time to stay caught up.

Take notes. Make space for aha moments and personal takeaways. Use the daily Lesson Reflection form and journal pages to write them down to reflect, remind yourself, and re-focus on what’s important.

Speak life into your career. Your voice will be heard and validated. This is the time to share your thoughts and insights in your LinkedIn communities for team members and team leads and during your monthly check-in call.

Share your thoughts. If you’re thinking it, someone else it, too. Use the LinkedIn communities for team members and team leads to share constructive, helpful perspectives on topics and discussions. Your participation encourages others to participate and build community.
