Service providers aren’t customers or volunteers.

However, many go above the business relationship and beyond the signed service contract. Beyond what they agreed to provide, beyond what our budgets can afford, beyond reasonable deadlines. Everyone has a turn being the client and a turn as the service provider. We all know how good it feels to be appreciated every now and again.

Service providers are just as deserving and motivated by hearing how essential they are to a company's success.
