An interpersonal skills program that preps new professionals for a work assignments and coaches them through ways to make the most of their work experience.

For work-based learners, interns, and new hires.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

• Challenge mindsets around professional work styles and work behaviors.

• Integrate strategies to approach current and future work situations in a professional way.

• Build a playbook of professional strategies that align to the individual’s unique style of working on their own and with others.
  

PROGRAM DELIVERY

Over 30 days, participants receive via email:

• A daily reflection prompt with strategies to add to their playbook.

• Link to live group coaching session for participants to process and integrate playbook actions.

• A complete copy of their playbook at the end of the program.

Program sponsor receives a report on playbook actions recorded across the participant group.
