Careerlog is proud to announce an impact-driven partnership with New Bridge Cleveland, a premier healthcare workforce training center dedicated to creating equitable pathways to economic mobility. Recognizing that a successful career in healthcare requires both technical skill and emotional resilience, this collaboration introduces tailored career coaching and flexible professional development designed explicitly for New Bridge’s adult cohort of healthcare students.
Through this initiative, Careerlog will support future phlebotomists, medical assistants, sterile processing technicians, and practical nursing students as they balance intensive training with the realities of life, work, and family. The partnership delivers high-impact, accessible support through two distinct channels:
A Weekly Advice Column: Bringing Careerlog’s foundational mission of career equity and transparent career navigation directly to students’ screens. This column acts as an accessible, “on-the-go” mentorship hub designed to demystify corporate and clinical environments. Breaking down complex professional milestones into actionable, bite-sized strategies equips students with the tools and structural insights needed for continuous growth to navigate workplace cultures, advocate for their own advancement, and build long-term career resilience.
Live Weekly Group Coaching Hours: A highly interactive, virtual forum dedicated to teaching students the critical art of positioning themselves in the professional world. These sessions go beyond traditional resume reviews to help adult learners decode the unwritten rules of the workplace, articulate their unique value effectively, and confidently own their professional narrative. Students will learn how to intentionally frame their skills, overcome self-doubt, and structurally position themselves to stand out to top healthcare employers.
By embedding these career-readiness resources into New Bridge’s tuition-free, whole-person educational model, Careerlog aims to eliminate structural barriers to professional mentorship. Together, Careerlog and New Bridge Cleveland are ensuring that adult learners are not only trained to enter the healthcare workforce but are also fully equipped with the strategic tools, confidence, and community support to build lasting, upwardly mobile careers.
New Bridge Cleveland empowers Cuyahoga County residents through free education and workforce training. They offer healthcare training for adults and career exploration for middle and high school students, with pathways to advanced roles through our partnership with the Central School for Practical Nursing. New Bridge is committed to removing barriers and creating meaningful career pathways.
