Welcome to Positioning Self: Role & Responsibility, a soft skills coaching program that meets teams where and while they work to:

  • Empower interns with interpersonal strategies so they can confidently demonstrate their value, build strong relationships, and navigate professional environments.

  • Equip internship supervisors with support strategies so they can strengthen their talent pipeline.

To receive a certificate of completion, interns must complete Lesson Reflections for all assigned program modules.

Where are the sessions held?
Program lessons are digital—no login, no class time. 

  • Intern soft skill strategies are delivered via a daily SMS/text message sent to your mobile phone. (Save 216-294-0444 in your contacts as “Careerlog”.)

  • Supervisor support strategies are delivered via a weekly email message sent to your inbox. (Save info@careerlog.co in your contacts as "Careerlog".)

This allows participants to complete the program while working.  

Are there program materials?
Yes. Interns can view information on the Program Dashboard displayed at the bottom of each lesson page. 

Do the lessons involve tests or quizzes? How do I successfully complete the program?
Interns receive no tests or quizzes—only weekly lesson reflections to complete for program credit. To receive a certificate of completion, interns must complete Lesson Reflections for all assigned program modules. Lessons are sent Monday through Thursday with breaks each weekend to catch up on the Lesson Reflection. 

Is there career coaching available for interns?
Yes. Interns have the opportunity to submit questions related to the weekly lessons. Answers will be shared in the Coaching Q&A segment each week.
